Pizzeria Mimosa practices the strict traditional techniques of the master Pizzaioli using specific raw ingredients to create the perfect pizza dough with specially grown tomatoes and fresh made mozzarella. Your pizza is then fired for 90 seconds in our fiery 800 degree wood-burning oven imported from Italy. When cooked, Neapolitan Pizza will be amazingly fragrant, crispy and chewy.
